The Blevins Middle School Music Department provides a variety of high-quality music courses and performing arts opportunities to students at all grade levels.
Students can choose from:
- Beginning Band (6th Grade)
- Concert Band (7th Grade)
- Symphonic Band (8th Grade)
- Guitar (8th Grade)
- Jazz Band (a Project-Based Learning course — 7th and 8th Grades)
- Beginning Orchestra (6th Grade)
- Concert Orchestra (7th Grade)
- Symphonic Orchestra (8th Grade)
- Choir 6 (6th Grade)
- Silver and Burgundy Singers (Select Choir — 8th and 7th Grades)
- Musical Theatre Production (8th and 7th Grades)
- Drama (a Project-Based Learning course — 7th and 8th Grades)

Monday, July 20 to Friday, August 7 (Monday-Friday)
Locations will be in various places around PSD.
Class times are typically between 8am and noon

Advanced Program
(for students who will be in high school, or just graduated)
Monday, June 1 to Friday, June 12 (Monday-Friday)
Orchestra is typically held at one site and Bands are typically held at two sites
Class times are typically 9am to 10:30am
