I love seeing students grasp a concept and take it to the next level. To have them fully understand how an element or principle of design can help them develop their work is the main concept that I strive for. Once that is achieved, the next level of art is even more exciting, to have them pour their true being into their art is what every art teacher desires.
I love to create art! Jewelry, painting and drawing are at present my main focus. I also love bike riding and traveling two things that I often do together!!
Currently I teach, Art 1, Art 2, Jewelry, 6th grade art.
I have also taught Crafts, Pottery and Sculpture, among other various subjects over the years.
