Blevins Boys Soccer Club is a club open to 7th and 8th grade boys. First practice will be Tuesday, August 31st and will be twice a week on Tuesdays and Fridays until the end of the season.
Before students can participate they will need a physical, the $25 fee paid, and parent permission health forms. For Soccer Club, we only accept paper Parent Permission forms.
